Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Assessment: Conduct initial onboarding calls to explain the customer's customized treatment plan, set realistic expectations, and gather comprehensive details about their diet, lifestyle, health history, and hair fall timeline.

• Education & Habit Building: Educate clients about the science behind their hair regrowth plan, proper hair care practices, and help them seamlessly integrate their new routine into their daily life.

• Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular check-ins (month-by-month) to track progress. Remind customers to refill their customized plans and collect scalp images to visually track improvements.

• Problem-Solving: Address any early concerns, potential side effects, or doubts. Work with Traya's hair experts to adjust the plan if the customer's body requires a different approach.

• Emotional Support & Consistency: Hair loss can heavily impact self-esteem. You will provide ongoing empathy, encouragement, and motivation to help customers navigate their anxiety and ensure they remain consistent with their 5 to 12-month regime.

• Omnichannel Communication: Promptly respond to customer queries across calls, chat, and messaging platforms while maintaining detailed documentation of their journey.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Ideal for freshers or early-career professionals. Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, customer success, or relationship management is typically preferred.

• Education: HSC or Graduate.

• Communication: Excellent English communication skills-clear, confident, and structured.

• Empathy: High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and deliver feedback with deep customer empathy.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and messaging platforms to track progress and manage client portfolios.

• Organization: Quick learner with strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills.

Salary Range

• Historically listed around ₹22,000 - ₹32,000 per month, depending on experience and the specific scope of the role.
