Presales Executive (Real Estate) - Full Time We are seeking a proactive and professional Presales Executive to join our team in the real estate sector. This full-time role offers a dynamic environment for individuals with strong telesales skills and a passion for the industry. Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients via telesales to generate interest in real estate properties. • Provide detailed information about properties, features, and pricing. • Qualify leads and identify potential buyers' needs and preferences. • Schedule property viewings and follow up with leads to guide them through the sales funnel. • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications: • Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the real estate industry. • Maximum of 2 years of relevant experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with the Indian real estate market is a plus. • Any qualification is accepted.
