• Project Execution: Manage multiple expansion initiatives simultaneously, adhering strictly to timelines, business guidelines, and confidentiality standards.

• Experience: 12-15 years of total professional experience with 10-11 years focused on B2B/B2C sales, channel partner management, and market development within the Furniture or Home Retail sector.
• International Exposure: Hands-on experience scaling markets in South Asia (specifically Nepal and Bangladesh) with a firm grasp of regional commercial regulations.
• Retail Expertise: Deep knowledge of furniture retailing, visual merchandising strategies, and retail staff training techniques.
• Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills for effective stakeholder management and partner negotiation.
• Work Style: High autonomy as an Individual Contributor (IC) with strong collaborative skills when partnering with cross-functional teams.
