Job Title: Store Sales Associate/Scr Sales Associate Department: Retail Sales /Koramangala Bangalore Job Summary The Store Sales Associate helps customers find products, provides excellent customer service, maintains an organized sales floor, and supports daily store operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and motivated to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities  Greet customers and provide helpful, professional service & well groomed.  Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.  Explain product features, prices, promotions, and services.  Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately.  Operate the cash register and handle payments responsibly.  Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays.  Receive, unpack, label, and organize merchandise (Inward & Outward).  Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.  Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.  Follow company policies and loss-prevention procedures.  Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns appropriately.  Support opening and closing store procedures.  Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager. Qualifications  High school, diploma or equivalent preferred.  Previous retail customer service experience.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Basic math and cash-handling skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Positive attitude and professional appearance.  Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused. experience 3 working at a client of randstad india
