HRBP Lead

Role & Responsibilities Role: HRBP Lead - People &Culture Experience Range: 8+ Yrs Reporting into Head of People & Culture, you'll work closely with stakeholders to drive the strategic HR agenda for the business function. You will be responsible for: *Driving business engagement enabling strong business growth. *Influence leaders and create visibility for the function. *Act as a thought partner for the business leaders and work on driving strategic HR agenda including organization design, succession planning, performance management etc. *Benchmarks and suggests unconventional HR practices/ HR policies.*Showcase predictive Analytics & and act/suggests proactively to make right decisions. *Collaborates in change management and owns the adoption of org level changes in business. *Drives key people metrics around onboarding, 1:1s, employee engagement, Performance management and retention. *Works with HR COEs to enhance employee experience and drive key people initiatives. Skills and qualifications *Masters degree or equivalent experience. *Prior experience of working as a HR business partner to technology teams of 500+ in a product organization is a must.*Strong communication skills and experience of handling senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment. *Employee Relations and employee connect at all levels.
