Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Benchmarking & Analysis:
- Participate in salary surveys and analyze market data to maintain competitive salary bands.
- Perform job evaluations, market pricing, and grade placement for new and existing roles.
- Conduct pay equity analyses and ensure compliance with equal pay regulations.
- Benefits & Recognition Program Administration:
- Evaluate current health, wellness, and retirement benefits programs against industry trends.
- Assist in annual open enrollment planning, vendor evaluations, and program rollouts.
- Support the administration of incentive plans, bonuses, and employee recognition schemes.
- Annual Rewards Cycles:
- Support the execution of annual merit increase, bonus allocation, and equity grant cycles.
- Build compensation modeling tools and scenario planning spreadsheets for HR leadership.
- HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Track Total Rewards metrics (e.g., offer acceptance rates, pay parity ratios, benefit utilization).
- Partner with payroll and finance to ensure accurate budget forecasting and data integrity in the HRIS.
