Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Vehicle Handling: Safely park, maneuver, and retrieve guest/customer vehicles (both automatic and manual/stick-shift transmissions when required).
- Guest Service & Greeting: Greet arriving and departing guests promptly with a friendly attitude, open vehicle doors, and assist with baggage, wheelchairs, or strollers.
- Ticketing & Organization: Issue claim tickets, log vehicle information (license plate, tag number, damage walk-arounds, and parking location), and keep keys organized at the valet podium.
- Traffic Control: Monitor and manage driveway or lot traffic flow to prevent congestion and illegal parking.
- Property & Vehicle Care: Conduct quick pre-trip and post-trip damage inspections, lock vehicles securely, report any incidents or left-behind items to management, and keep the workspace tidy.
- Local Knowledge: Provide guests with directions, venue hours, and information about local attractions.
