Merchandising Supervisor - Contract We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Supervisor to join our team in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, on a contract basis. Responsibilities: • Oversee and execute merchandising strategies to ensure brand consistency and optimal product presentation. • Manage and train a team of merchandising staff, providing guidance and support. • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional activities and product launches. • Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability on store shelves. • Analyze sales data and merchandising performance to make data-driven recommendations. • Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and guidelines. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in a related field or equivalent practical experience. • 1 to 10 years of experience in merchandising, with a proven track record of success. • Demonstrated expertise in merchandising principles and techniques. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in relevant software and tools. • Based in or willing to relocate to Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
