We Are Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products. We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow. You Are You have spent years solving real-world electromagnetic, power, and system-level problems. You know that the difference between a customer who adopts a tool and one who shelves it comes down to whether you can show them the value in their actual design, not a sanitized demo. You are comfortable walking into a room where you are the only one who understands both the physics and the software, and you can translate between those worlds without losing either audience. Running Maxwell, Motor-CAD, Twin Builder, Q3D, or HFSS has become second nature. You have developed instincts about meshing, solver choices, and model fidelity that only come from doing the work over and over in real contexts. When a customer describes a problem, you are already thinking about how to connect component physics to system behavior. You do not need perfect requirements to move forward. You ask the right questions, build a credible workflow, and refine as you learn. <p style='--tw-border-spacing-x: 0; --tw-border-spacing-y: 0; --
