You Are You have spent the better part of a decade building CAD infrastructure that has to hold up under real silicon development pressure, not just proof-of-concept demos or similar domains. You know that the difference between a flow that gets adopted and one that gets worked around is usually in the details no one else thought about. Lately, you have been watching the explosion of agentic AI and LLM orchestration, and instead of seeing hype, you see exactly how autonomous agents could transform the way IP gets designed, verified, and managed across its lifecycle. You are someone who can sit with IP designers who need faster turnaround on design and verification and walk out with a multi-agent workflow spec that actually solves their problem. You do not wait for the AI platform team to tell you what is possible. You prototype, you integrate, you prove the concept, and then you scale it. You have strong opinions about what makes infrastructure scalable, and you are not afraid to push back when a proposed solution will not survive the challenges of a scalable production use.
