You Are You have worked in analog or custom design long enough to understand what breaks and why. Maybe you spent a few years as a circuit designer debugging convergence issues at 2am before a tapeout, or you were the CAD engineer who actually had to make the tools work when the flow documentation was three releases out of date. Either way, you know the difference between a tool problem and a methodology problem, and you have learned to ask the right questions to figure out which one you are dealing with. Working with customers appeals to you because you like solving real problems on real designs, not just running test cases. You are comfortable jumping into an unfamiliar environment, poking around until you understand what is happening, and then explaining what you found in a way that makes sense to someone who thinks differently than you do. You do not need perfect information to get started, and you do not freeze when someone asks a question you have not seen before. You are ready to own customer engagements with support from senior engineers when you need it. You want to get deeper into analog simulation platforms,
