About the job
We Are Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products. We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow. You Are You have spent years in the trenches of ASIC design, and you know that the cleanest RTL and the best synthesis settings mean nothing if the customer cannot actually use them. You have debugged enough late-stage timing failures to recognize the synthesis decision that caused it three weeks earlier, and you care enough to prevent that from happening again. You do not just answer questions, you ask the ones that uncover what the customer actually needs versus what they think they need. You are comfortable sitting with a design team during a tapeout crunch, isolating a Formality proof failure that has blocked signoff for two days, and walking out with a fix and a plan to prevent it next time. You know the difference between a synthesis flow that demos well and one that scales across a 50-million-gate SoC with 12 voltage domains and conflicting timing constraints. You have opinions about clock gating, hierarchy, and physical-aware optimization, and you can defend them with data. At Synopsys, you will work directly with the semiconductor teams building the chips that power everything, and what you recommend will show up in silicon. <h3 style='--tw-border-spacing-x: 0; --tw-border-spacing-y: 0; --tw-translate-x: 0; --tw-translate-y: 0; --tw-rotate: 0; --tw-skew-x: 0; --tw-skew-y: 0; --tw-scale-x: 1; --tw-scale-y: 1; --tw-pan-x: ; --tw-pan-y: ; --tw-pinch-zoom: ; --tw-scroll-snap-strictness: proximity; --tw-gradient-from-position: ; --tw-gradient-via-position: ; --tw-gradient-to-position: ; --tw-ordinal: ; --tw-slashed-zero: ; --tw-numeric-figure: ; --tw-numeric-spacing: ; --tw-numeric-fraction: ; --tw-ring-inset: ; --tw-ring-offset-width: 0px; --tw-ring-offset-color: #fff; --tw-ring-color: rgb(59 130 246/0.5); --tw-ring-offset-shadow: 0 0 #0000; --tw-ring-shadow: 0 0 #0000; --tw-shadow: 0 0 #0000; --tw-shadow-colored: 0 0 #0000; --tw-blur: ; --tw-brightness: ; --tw-contrast: ; --tw-grayscale: ; --tw-hue-rotate: ; --tw-invert: ; --tw-saturate: ; --tw-sepia: ; --tw-drop-shadow: ; --tw-backdrop-blur: ; --tw-backdrop-brightness: ; --tw-backdrop-contrast: ; --tw-backdrop-grayscale: ; --tw-backdrop-hue-rotate: ; --tw-backdrop-invert: ; --tw-backdrop-opacity: ; --tw-backdrop-saturate: ; --tw-backdrop-sepia: ; --tw-contain-size: ; --tw-contain-layout: ; --tw-contain-paint: ; --tw-contain-style: ; box-sizing: border-box; border: 0px solid rgb(229, 231, 235); font-size: 1.25rem; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px; padding-bottom: 0.25rem; padding-top: 0.375rem; line-height: 1.75rem; color: rgb(16, 27, 35); font-family: Roboto, 'Roboto Fallback'; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color:
