Analog Design , Principal Engineer

We Are Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products. We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow. You Are You have spent over a decade designing analog circuits that have to move data at speeds most engineers never touch, and you know that the difference between a SERDES that works in simulation and one that works in silicon is a hundred small decisions about layout, process variation, and timing handoff. You are the kind of engineer who reads a SerDes standard and immediately starts sketching architectures that push beyond what the spec requires because you see where the bottleneck will be two years from now. You do not wait for someone to tell you the PLL is the problem. You run the jitter budget, trace it back to the oscillator, and propose three solutions before the next design review. Taped-out circuits in FinFET nodes where a few femtofarads of parasitic capacitance can kill your bandwidth have taught you to work with layout engineers who understand that your redline is not optional. Presenting simulation data to a customer review panel and explaining why your adaptive equalizer architecture will handle their worst-case channel without adding another milliwatt is something you do comfortably. Mentoring matters to you, not because it looks good on a review, but because you remember the senior engineer who taught you how to read an eye diagram and you want to be that person for someone else. <p style='--tw-border-spacing-x: 0; --tw-border-spacing-y: 0; --tw-translate-x: 0; --tw-translate-y: 0; --tw-rotate: 0; --tw-skew-x: 0; --tw-skew-y: 0; --tw-scale-x: 1; --tw-scale-y: 1; --tw-pan-x: ; --tw-pan-y: ; --tw-pinch-zoom: ; --tw-scroll-snap-strictness: proximity; --tw-gradient-from-position: ; --tw-gradient-via-position: ; --tw-gradient-to-position: ; --tw-ordinal: ; --tw-slashed-zero: ; --tw-numeric-figure: ; --tw-numeric-spacing: ; --tw-numeric-fraction: ; --tw-ring-inset: ; --tw-ring-offset-width: 0px; --tw-ring-offset-color: #fff; --tw-ring-color: rgb(59 130 246/0.5); --tw-ring-offset-shadow: 0 0 #0000; --tw-ring-shadow: 0 0 #0000; --tw-shadow: 0 0 #0000; --tw-shadow-colored: 0 0 #0000; --tw-blur: ; --tw-brightness: ; --tw-contrast: ; --tw-grayscale: ; --tw-hue-rotate: ; --tw-invert: ; --tw-saturate: ; --tw-sepia: ; --tw-drop-shadow: ; --tw-backdrop-blur: ; --tw-backdrop-brightness: ; --tw-backdrop-contrast: ; --tw-backdrop-grayscale: ; --tw-backdrop-hue-rotate: ; --tw-backdrop-invert: ; --tw-backdrop-opacity: ; --tw-backdrop-saturate: ; --tw-backdrop-sepia: ; --tw-contain-size: ; --tw-contain-layout: ; --tw-contain-paint: ; --tw-contain-style: ; box-sizing: border-box; border: 0px solid rgb(229, 231, 235); margin: 0px; padding-top: 0.25rem; padding-bottom: 0.25rem; color: rgb(16, 27, 35); font-family: Roboto, 'Roboto Fallback'; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -we
