Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management
• Engage in direct client interaction to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Acquire and manage tenders for monopoles & utility poles.
- Ensure timely deal closure and oversee the process from RFQ to dispatch and invoicing.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote business and increase brand awareness.

- Develop action plans to boost order bookings and drive promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify target groups for turnkey projects.
• Identify, appoint, and manage vendors and distributors across west Region.

- Handle depot and distributor operations to ensure smooth supply chain and service delivery.
- Sustain and strengthen distributor relationships, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Prepare business forecasts and action plans in coordination with the National Manager.

- Monitor actual performance against budgets and targets, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct SWOT analysis to assess risks and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Obtain product approvals from private and government departments, including consultants.

** Education Qualification: MBA in Sales / Marketing ** Experience: 8 to 12 yrs
