Role Overview As a Medical Support Assistant, you play a vital role in ensuring quality and compassionate patient care. You will work under the direct supervision of providers and nursing leadership, performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to support patient care. Your contributions are essential to creating a seamless and positive patient experience. - Greet and escort patients to the exam room, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Obtain and record accurate medical histories from patients.
- Measure and record vital signs, contributing to patient assessments.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and readiness.
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures, facilitating efficient care delivery.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Current BLS-C certification upon hire or successful completion by the end of orientation.
• At least one (1) year of related experience. • Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
