Subsidiary Aluminum Dynamics Overview
Aluminum Dynamics Inc is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the UBC Recycling Facility finance team. This key role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting both the organization's financial performance and the well-being of its valued team members.
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekly and bi-monthly payroll
- Conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Respond to and resolve employee issues/concerns with payroll, benefits enrollment, insurance claims, leave management and all other SDI benefits programs
- Collaborate with vendors on issues regarding eligibility and claims
- Maintain strict confidentiality related to employee information and comply with HIPPA regulations
- Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Payroll/Benefits
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well organized
- Ability to communicate with clarity and impact
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- May not be related to another ADI - UBC recycling facility employee.
