ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead growth marketing strategy for a performance marketing and advertising technology company. This client-facing role connects paid media, creative development, and analytics to help accounts scale efficiently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, overseeing substantial annual budgets.
- Lead client relationships through regular meetings, strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
- Develop growth strategies that integrate creative performance with paid media buying.
- Translate campaign and creative performance data into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Improve media efficiency through funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, and measurement.
- Partner with creative teams and media buyers to develop effective content and scale campaigns.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Four to eight years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency or consumer app environment.
- Deep expertise in Meta advertising, with experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Experience independently managing paid media accounts with seven-figure annual budgets.
- Strong client relationship, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills, including experience leading quarterly business reviews.
- Analytical skills and experience using performance data, KPIs, and metrics to shape strategic recommendations.
- Experience integrating creative performance with media buying and optimizing campaigns through funnel strategy, offer testing, and measurement.
- Mobile advertising measurement knowledge, including SKAN, AEM, and mobile measurement partners, is preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary range: $130,000 to $175,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in New York, New York.
