A growing distribution company is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its operations and order management teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, maintaining accurate records, and keeping information flowing between departments.Key Responsibilities:Enter and update customer orders, product information, and inventory records.Review documents for accuracy and resolve missing or inconsistent information.Process order changes, returns, and account updates.Maintain digital files and organized documentation.Assist with spreadsheet updates, data cleanup, and reporting.Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, and purchasing teams.Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
