Accounting Data Integration

We are seeking an experienced Software Integration Specialist to support a key accounting systems migration from BillQuick to QuickBooks Online. This project-based role will focus on ensuring a smooth, accurate transition of financial data, minimizing disruption to daily operations, and helping internal teams successfully adopt the new platform.The ideal candidate will have prior experience with accounting software conversions, strong technical skills related to data migration and validation, and a solid understanding of accounting workflows.What You’ll Do:Lead the migration of accounting and financial data from BillQuick to QuickBooks OnlineReview, clean, organize, and validate existing data before conversionTransfer customer, vendor, invoice, billing, and related financial recordsIdentify and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrityTest system functionality and confirm accuracy after migrationTroubleshoot migration and integration issues throughout implementationPartner with accounting and leadership teams to support a successful transitionProvide user support, process documentation, and basic training on QuickBooks OnlineWhat We’re Looking For:Experience with accounting software conversions, ERP/accounting system migrations, or related implementation projectsStrong knowledge of QuickBooks OnlineExperience with BillQuick or BQE software preferredUnderstanding of core accounting processes, including AP, AR, invoicing, billing, and reportingAdvanced Excel skills, including importing, exporting, and reconciling dataStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environmentPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience migrating data from BillQuick to QuickBooks OnlineExperience supporting end users during software rollouts or process changesAbility to create training materials and clear documentationFor immediate consideration, contact Robert Half at 209-232-1991.
