Responsibilities:• Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions and maintaining accurate financial data for the location.• hands on accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments, invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding balances.• Prepare monthly reconciliations and support period-end closing tasks to keep financial reporting current and reliable.• Monitor bank activity and complete bank reconciliations to verify accuracy across accounts.• Utilize QuickBoooks and Excel to organize financial information, analyze trends, and produce routine reports.• Communicate with customers regarding open invoices in a clear and service-oriented manner while supporting collection efforts.• Assist with knowledge transfer and cross-training during the transition from a long-tenured team member retiring at year-end.• Contribute to smooth office operations by partnering with local leadership and supporting the financial needs of the business unit.
