About the job
Look after guest arrivals, stay preferences, requests and feedback, working closely with front office and the operating teams. The Pushkar opportunity is at our 177-room resort. Share experience that is relevant to the role, including weddings and group stays where applicable. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and coordinate special requests and celebrations
- Follow up concerns with the responsible department
- Support guest communication before, during and after their stay
- Coordinate guest preferences and requests during wedding and celebration stays.
Good fit
- Clear communication and a warm, professional manner
- Hotel, hospitality or customer-service experience
- Attention to guest preferences and reliable follow-through
- Experience looking after wedding groups and family celebrations is welcome.
