Prepare Indian or Continental dishes for restaurant and event service. Tell us your cuisine specialisation and recent kitchen responsibilities. The Pushkar opportunity is at our 177-room resort. - Prepare dishes consistently to recipes and service requirements
- Keep the workstation, storage and preparation areas clean
- Coordinate mise en place, stock requirements and service timing
- Prepare consistently for restaurant meals and wedding banquets, coordinating mise en place and service timing.
Good fit
- Practical Indian or Continental cooking experience
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safe storage
- Ability to work with a kitchen team during busy service
- Wedding-resort or banquet-kitchen experience is welcome.
