About the job
Experience: 1.5+ years
About the Role Great growth is rarely about bigger budgets. It comes from knowing exactly who you’re talking to, what to say, and where to say it. At Techdome, we’re looking for someone who can build that system from scratch.
As our Growth & GTM Engineer, you’ll own the full journey from “who is our ideal customer?” to “which campaign closed this deal?” You’ll define who we target, shape how we position each product and service, pick the channels worth betting on, and turn ad spend into a steady, measurable stream of qualified leads and revenue.
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) will be your primary channel, backed by Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. You’ll control the budget, track the numbers closely, and push harder on whatever is working.
What You’ll Own Go-To-Market Strategy
• Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and pinpoint the segments with the highest potential.

- Lead launches from first plan to live campaign.
- Partner with design, product, and sales to keep our story consistent across every touchpoint.
• Run Meta Ads end to end: audiences, creative testing, bidding, and scaling.

- Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and newer platforms.
- Own the ad budget and ensure every rupee has to earn its place.
- Build and optimize the full funnel, from first click to closed deal.
• Set up and maintain pixels, Conversions API, event tagging, and UTM structures.

- Track CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS in GA4 and other analytics tools.
- Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, messaging, and audiences, and document what you learn.
- Keep CRM data clean and deliver performance reports the team can act on.
- Use AI tools to accelerate ad copy, creative production, campaign optimization, and reporting.
What Success Looks Like
- Cost per qualified lead drops while lead volume and quality grow month over month.
- Tracking is trustworthy, and every lead traces back to its source.
- Winning campaigns scale fast, and underperformers are cut quickly.
- Leadership has a clear weekly view of spend, pipeline, and revenue impact.
Your First 90 Days
- Month 1: Audit current tracking, campaigns, and funnel. Close gaps in the pixel, Conversions API, and UTMs. Draft the ICP and core messaging.
- Month 2: Launch ICP-driven test campaigns on Meta and one additional platform. Begin structured creative and landing page experiments.
- Month 3: Double down on winners, drop the rest, and establish a reporting cadence with sales and leadership.
