About the job
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily front-office operations in Doral, Florida. Must be able to work 7am-4pm Responsibilities:• Welcome visitors and customers professionally at the reception area and direct them to the appropriate resource or department.• Prepare accurate customer pricing information and deliver quotes in a timely and courteous manner.• Respond to inbound inquiries by phone and assist customers with service-related questions, requests, and updates.• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer needs, confirm details, or provide additional support.• Enter customer and order information carefully into internal records to help maintain accurate documentation.• Perform day-to-day administrative duties that support smooth customer service operations and front-office efficiency.• Coordinate routine office support tasks, including handling general inquiries and maintaining an orderly customer-facing area.
