Saleforce Administrator

Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce Lightning environment. This individual will serve as the primary Salesforce resource, supporting daily operations while advancing ongoing enhancement projects and process improvements.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional who can step into an established environment, quickly assess priorities, and independently drive projects to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary administrator for Salesforce Lightning, supporting both Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud environments.Manage day-to-day platform administration, user support, troubleshooting, and configuration activities.Take ownership of an active Experience Cloud initiative and configure solutions based on business requirements.Analyze, enhance, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows to improve automation and business process efficiency.Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, perform configuration, conduct testing, and support successful deployments.Support reporting and analytics initiatives, including integrations with business intelligence platforms.Review existing documentation and enhancement backlogs to understand project status, dependencies, and organizational priorities.
