ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the sales team at an early-stage AI recruiting and talent services company. You will introduce its recruiting services to startup founders and hiring leaders, turning outbound conversations into qualified meetings and new client relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make daily outbound calls to founders and hiring leaders, explain the value of the recruiting services, and book qualified meetings.
- Send prospecting emails and LinkedIn messages, manage follow-ups, and work from outreach sequences.
- Use prospect lists and AI tools to support efficient outreach, keeping research focused on useful conversation context.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their hiring needs and coordinate introductions to the founders or sales team.
- Review calls and outreach with teammates, apply feedback, and build toward a target of 12 qualified meetings per month.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Early-career candidate with 0 to 4 years of sales or customer-facing experience and hands-on experience with outbound or phone-heavy work.
- Experience in SDR, BDR, appointment setting, inside sales, recruiting or staffing sales, call-center, door-to-door, retail, or a similar high-volume customer-facing role.
- Comfort speaking with startup, SMB, or mid-market buyers such as founders, hiring leaders, and small-business owners.
- Familiarity with CRMs, sales dialers, and outreach sequences; experience using AI tools or automation in sales is useful.
- Based in the United States and in the Salt Lake City area, or willing to relocate there. Must be able to attend one to two weeks of in-person onboarding in Salt Lake City.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with $85,000 to $105,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable). Commission is uncapped. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Remote after in-person onboarding in Salt Lake City, Utah. Candidates must be based in the United States and located in or willing to relocate to the Salt Lake City area.
