$14 per HR / BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a FREE forty (40) hour training program incorporating basic regulatory, compliance, and personal care skills for a Direct Care Worker, DCW , graduate to provide care for adults in our Assistive Care State Programs practice.

Qualifications for Home Health Aide, HHA:
- Successfully complete 40 Hour Home Health Aide 101 Training Course, provided by BAYADA
Job Responsibilities for Direct Care Workers, DCW:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
