JOB SUMMARY : The Concessions Bartender plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at Legends-operated venues. This position is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages quickly, accurately, and responsibly while maintaining a clean, organized, and energetic bar environment. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and knowledgeable about mixology and responsible alcohol service, with a passion for creating memorable moments for every guest.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to all guests.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Greet guests warmly, take beverage orders, and ensure accuracy and consistency in every drink.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times.
- Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service.
- Handle cash, process payments, and balance receipts in accordance with Legends’ cash-handling policies.
- Prepare and restock bar inventory, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies before, during, and after shifts.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal beverage offerings and garnish preparation.
- Stay knowledgeable about current menu offerings, promotions, and venue events.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the Concessions team and overall guest experience.
- All other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or event-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills with a welcoming and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must maintain personal grooming and uniform standards in accordance with Legends’ policies.
- Must have a valid email address for scheduling and communication purposes.
