Assistant Project Manager

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - IBMS Location: Mumbai Department: Projects Experience: 5-8 Years (Preferred) Job Summary We are seeking Assistant Project Manager - IBMS to manage and execute Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects across Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end project execution, coordination with stakeholders, installation supervision, commissioning, and project management for systems including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Building Controls/Automation solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage execution of IBMS projects from initiation to handover. • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion. • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of: CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Building Automation & Controls Systems (BMS) Fire & Security Integration Systems • Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. • Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. • Conduct site surveys and provide technical support during project execution. • Monitor project costs, material utilization, and resource allocation. • Manage subcontractors and vendors for successful project delivery. • Support customer acceptance testing and project handover activities.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline. • Experience in execution and project management of IBMS/BMS, CCTV, ACS, ELV, or Security Systems projects. • Good understanding of networking fundamentals and field device integration. • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Preferred Skills • Experience with Building Automation Systems, Security Systems, and Integrated Solutions. • Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management. • Exposure to HVAC controls, PLC/DDC Controllers, and Industrial Communication Protocols. • Customer-facing project execution experience.
