Open Opportunities: Client #1: M-F 2:45p-5:45p Charlotte, NC (Job ID: 38367315) We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes. To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus! Here’s What Makes These Roles Different:

- Active RBT Certification
- Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
- High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!)
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Benefits Pay Scale: $20-$28
