What You'll Do
Principal Financial Group is looking for a Process Specialist - Custodian to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a global leader in financial services and be part of a team that values innovation and flawless execution! Key Responsibilities
• Understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Trade Settlement, Trade capture, Trade Processing, and Trade Validation.
- Understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Trade Settlement, Trade capture, Trade Processing, and Trade Validation.
- Coordinate with custodian’s brokers and other collaborators to resolve trade breaks or discrepancies.
- Monitor trade settlement status and ensure timely processing of trades as per settlement date.
- Interact with both internal and external collaborators to resolve queries.
- Ensure client positions are processed within the agreed timeline.
- Work with custodians and brokers for timely matching and settlement.
- Resolve failed trade queries.
- May engage or lead change initiatives for process improvement/innovation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefit, and Trust and Custody.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with business partners and management.
- Experience with SEI T3000 and Blackline preferred/beneficial.
