• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Triggers.

- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
- Provide L2/L3 production support by troubleshooting incidents, resolving defects, and performing root cause analysis.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
- Perform deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Manage user administration, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and data security.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and platform health.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support releases, enhancements, data migration, and system upgrades.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce best practices.
