• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2C customers from assigned lead lists

• Understand customer requirements related to tax filing, tax savings, payroll, and financial benefits
• Conduct product demonstrations over phone and video calls
• Explain offerings in a simple, customer-friendly manner
• Qualify leads, schedule demos, and manage the complete sales cycle
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
• Record call details, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support when required

• 1–3 years of experience in B2C inside sales, outbound calling, telesales, or consultative sales

• 1–3 years of experience in B2C inside sales, outbound calling, telesales, or consultative sales
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Excellent phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
• Proven ability to conduct demos and close deals independently
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejections
• Basic knowledge of tax filing, payroll, insurance, loans, or fintech products is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead trackers, and sales reporting
• Proficiency in English; Hindi or regional language skills preferred
• Willingness to work from the Whitefield, Bengaluru office
