Position: Fintech Intern Department: Fintech / Financial Services Duration: 4 Months Location: Ahmedabad Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Employment Type: Internship About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fintech Intern to join our Fintech team. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to digital financial services, lending operations, financial analysis, customer onboarding, and fintech business processes. The role involves working closely with internal teams to support day-to-day operations and contribute to process efficiency. Key Responsibilities
• Fintech Operations: Assist in daily fintech operations, loan processing, documentation, and transaction-related activities.

- Customer & Partner Coordination: Support customer onboarding, verification, and coordination with financial partners, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
- Data Management & Analysis: Maintain financial records, prepare MIS reports, track transactions, and analyse operational data.
- Documentation & Compliance: Assist in collecting and verifying KYC documents and maintaining records as per internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Support the team in identifying operational gaps, improving workflows, and ensuring timely execution of fintech processes.
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of financial services, digital lending, banking, or fintech operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Practical exposure to the fintech and digital lending ecosystem.
- Understanding of loan processing, KYC, and financial operations.
- Hands-on experience with financial data and MIS reporting.
