Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for staffing and maintaining an Estimating and Pricing dedicated capability in India supporting Commercial and Enterprise businesses. This role would have the responsibility to build the Estimating and PFA GCC from the ground up, as well as overseeing service delivery, estimate and analysis quality, and career development of the GCC employees and first line manager. Prior experience with service delivery center and business process outsourcing (BPO) creation with demonstrated senior management experience is desirable.
- Manages employees and mid-level managers performing estimates, cost or price proposals, business case development and risk, financial and competitive analyses. Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a Finance or Technical field including Economics, Corporate Finance, or Accountancy.
Typical Education & Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education - Chartered Accountancy or MBA Finance and typically 12+ years' related work experience in a GCC/BPS or MNC, Accounting & Consulting Firms
