About the role: Established Distribution Channel Management professional supporting various distribution channel management activities and customer relationship management. Responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance distribution channel management performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business for VRF systems through consultants, developers, contractors, and channel partners.
- Develop and manage relationships with key customers and influencers.
- Prepare technical proposals, VRF selections, and project quotations.
- Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Monitor project pipelines and ensure order conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
• 3-8 years of experience in HVAC/VRF sales
- 3-8 years of experience in HVAC/VRF sales
- Strong network with consultants, builders, and MEP contractors in Gujarat
- Good knowledge of VRF systems, project sales, and HVAC applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
