Overview
The Applied AI Scientist — R&D and Regulatory is a hands-on machine learning and generative AI practitioner who builds, evaluates, and ships production models over scientific, analytical, and regulatory data. The role owns the full modeling lifecycle — problem framing, data understanding, feature and representation design, model and agent development, rigorous evaluation, and deployment on Amneal's Data & AI platform — for problems ranging from document intelligence over regulatory submissions to predictive modeling over analytical and formulation data. The role sits within the AI Strategy and Transformation function and works in close partnership with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance, who provide the domain context; the scientist provides the methods.
