Responsibilities
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently, including conveyor systems, hydraulic sorting equipment, motors, electrical systems, and facility equipment.

- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
- Complete daily maintenance and repair documentation and logs.
- Perform all assigned duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Company safety policies and procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industrial maintenance field, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.

- Advanced knowledge and skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment.
- Experience working with AC/DC motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturing specifications.
- Knowledge of piping systems and mechanical components.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Ability to operate drilling and milling machines to produce or retool mechanical parts.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and leadership.
• Manual dexterity required to operate machinery and power/hand tools.

- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including cold temperature conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
