Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide hands-on support for a busy growing company. This position will oversee core HR activities across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day workforce support. The role is well suited for someone who can work independently, improve consistency in HR processes, and serve as a reliable resource for both leaders and employees.Responsibilities:• Lead full-cycle hiring efforts for hourly positions, including candidate coordination, onboarding preparation, and new employee support.• Manage employee onboarding activities and ensure required documentation, policies, and employment records are completed accurately and on time.• Support compliance-related HR processes by maintaining organized records and helping ensure adherence to company policies and employment practices.• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and Workday-related questions, providing guidance to help them complete required actions correctly.• Administer leave of absence cases and help coordinate documentation related to short-term disability, employee concerns, and disciplinary matters.• Conduct or support workplace investigations and employee relations matters, including attendance issues, policy violations, and corrective action follow-up.• Help prepare payroll inputs by reviewing HR data and coordinating needed information within the Infinium system.• Partner with leaders on performance management activities such as review cycles, goal tracking, and calibration support for hourly employees and leadership teams.• Process employee separations in Workday and coordinate related offboarding steps, including screening follow-up when needed.
