We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring operations for a food and food processing organization in Sanford, Florida. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing recruiting activities from candidate outreach through onboarding coordination. The role will focus on maintaining a smooth hiring process, partnering with applicants throughout each stage, and helping ensure recruiting tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.Responsibilities:• Review incoming applications and conduct initial candidate evaluations to identify individuals whose experience aligns with open roles.• Create and maintain job advertisements across appropriate channels to help attract talent with relevant experience for current hiring needs.• Arrange onsite interviews by coordinating schedules between candidates and hiring team members while ensuring a positive candidate experience.• Prepare and communicate employment offers, including follow-up with selected candidates to support timely acceptance.• Assist with new employee onboarding activities, including employment documents, I-9 processing, and related hiring paperwork.• Coordinate pre-employment steps such as background checks and drug screenings to help move candidates efficiently toward start dates.• Support high-volume recruiting efforts by tracking applicant progress and keeping hiring workflows organized within the applicant tracking system.• Contribute to full-cycle recruiting activities by sourcing candidates and helping manage the process from application review through onboarding readiness.
