Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for an efficient Outside Sales Representative to support a growing healthcare organization in Oak Brook, Illinois. This Long-term Contract position offers a field-based opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, promoting wellness services, and building strong community relationships. The role is well suited for a motivated sales representative who thrives in face-to-face interactions and wants to contribute to business growth through local outreach and event engagement.Responsibilities:• Participate in multiple community, wellness, and local business events each day to introduce services and expand brand awareness.• Start meaningful conversations with prospective clients to explain the value of chiropractic care and overall wellness solutions.• Identify interested individuals and convert outreach efforts into scheduled appointments for follow-up services.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members and local organizations to strengthen referral opportunities.• Record sales activities, lead information, and appointment details accurately in Salesforce.• Represent the organization in a knowledgeable and courteous manner during all external events and field interactions.• Travel within the assigned local territory to attend outreach opportunities and maintain consistent market presence.• Support occasional weekend or early-start events based on business needs and availability.The salary range for this position is $23 to $25. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
