Human Resources (HR) Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees in Morgan Hill, California. This role serves as a strategic advisor across talent planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and HR program execution. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, a practical understanding of California employment requirements, and the ability to translate workforce insights into meaningful business outcomes.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with business leaders to shape workforce strategies that strengthen team capability, succession readiness, and long-term talent growth.• Provide trusted guidance to managers on performance concerns, employee development, coaching approaches, and day-to-day people decisions.• Facilitate solutions related to organizational structure, team alignment, and overall operational effectiveness.• Lead and resolve employee relations matters by conducting workplace reviews, addressing conflicts, and supporting corrective action when needed.• Create and support HR initiatives involving policy administration, training delivery, employee engagement, and compliance-related practices.• Oversee key HR programs such as compensation, benefits coordination, leave administration, recognition efforts, and performance processes.• Review workforce data, HR metrics, and reporting trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed leadership decisions.• Maintain compliance with employment laws and HR standards applicable to California and other supported locations.• Track changes in labor regulations and industry developments, recommending updates to policies, practices, and systems as appropriate.
