Human Resources (HR) Recruiter

Our client is seeking a high-performing Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across revenue-generating functions focused on sales. This individual will serve as a strategic talent partner to business leaders and play a critical role in scaling teams that directly impact company growth.The ideal candidate comes from an agency recruiting background, a SaaS company, or a FinTech organization and has a proven track record of hiring quota-carrying sales professionals and other GTM talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.Partner with hiring managers, sales leaders, and executives to understand workforce planning needs and hiring priorities.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top GTM talent.Recruit for positions including: Sales Executives and Directors Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Evaluate candidates through competency-based interviewing and structured assessments.Advise hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, and conversion rates.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
