Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support a fast-growing AI storage and infrastructure environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in DFARS-compliant contracting, IT hardware procurement, and commercial agreement negotiation. The right candidate will be comfortable managing supplier-facing contracts, statements of work, NDAs, intellectual property terms, and contract governance in a highly cross-functional, regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate SOWs, NDAs, supplier agreements, and procurement-related contracts.Manage contract terms related to intellectual property, risk, compliance, and supplier obligations.Support hardware and infrastructure procurement by partnering with procurement, legal, operations, and business teams.Oversee the full contract lifecycle: intake, redlining, execution, amendments, renewals, and closeout.Maintain strong contract governance, including approval workflows, document control, and record retention.Advise stakeholders on contract administration, deliverables, performance issues, and compliance requirements.Handle sensitive and controlled information with discretion in support of regulated business operations.Coordinate across global teams and time zones to move agreements forward efficiently.
