Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership through exceptional organization, scheduling, and travel coordination. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage shifting priorities, maintain a composed and detail-focused approach, and keep executive operations running smoothly. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle meetings, calendars, and logistics with accuracy and discretion.Responsibilities:• Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure efficient use of leadership time.• Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, transportation, lodging, and related logistics.• Coordinate meeting schedules across stakeholders, prepare agendas when needed, and help ensure executives are fully prepared for key discussions.• Monitor changes to travel or meeting plans and make timely adjustments to minimize disruptions.• Serve as a reliable point of coordination for executive activities, maintaining clear communication with internal and external contacts.• Track important dates, deadlines, and commitments so leadership priorities remain organized and on schedule.
