Manager Maintenance

Maintenance Operations  Manage shift-wise deployment of maintenance team as per production requirements  Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules  Handle mechanical and electrical maintenance activities  Coordinate with OEMs and external engineers for specialized equipment support  Liaise with IT team for networking, CCTV and LAN-related maintenance. Spare Parts Management  Ensure availability of critical spare parts as per equipment requirements  Plan and initiate procurement of spares as per specifications  Maintain minimum stock levels for essential items  Coordinate with Stores and Purchase teams for timely availability Power & Energy Management  Monitor and maintain energy consumption reports  Maintain Power Factor and ensure efficient APFC functioning  Prepare power management and energy analysis reports  Drive energy conservation initiatives. Utility Management  Ensure uninterrupted functioning and maintenance of: Diesel Generators Air Compressors RO Plant & DM Plant Chilling Plant Air Handling Units (AHU) Water Pumps Support R&D requirements Equipment & Tool Management  Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all plant machinery  Drive modernization/improvement of machines (e.g., trolleys, fixtures)  Maintain tools and equipment of maintenance department  Conduct monthly toolbox training for machine operators Maintenance Cost & Productivity Management  Record and analyse monthly and quarterly maintenance costs  Conduct process studies to identify productivity losses Ensure timely procurement and cost optimization of high-value maintenance items through effective vendor management. SOP, Documentation & Compliance  Maintain ISO documentation related to maintenance  Update and manage MEP drawings, factory layout and technical documents  Maintain machinery manuals, catalogues and records  Ensure proper installation and commissioning of new equipment as per SOP  Implement and sustain 5S practices experience 15 working at a client of randstad india
