Assure that all Safety, LP, and HR policies are followed daily. Manage AutoZoners in such a way as to ensure that all orders are picked, processed, and shipped on time. Talent development. Organize and plan the workday. Motivate, coach, and discipline AutoZoners. This position is for our 2nd shift, 12 pm-10:30 pm. This position is on our second shift, 12 pm- 10:30 pm, 4 ten-hour shifts. Review progress of AutoZoners. Help define problems and identify possible solutions for unusual issues that arise in our business. Problem-solving and decision-making. Monitor store replenishment. Ensure adherence to the work schedule. Ensure great recovery and smooth shift change.
