About the job
We are seeking a hands-on Endpoint Engineer to support our transition from Active Directory/Hybrid environments to fully cloud-managed Microsoft Entra ID and Intune. This role will focus on endpoint migrations, device management, security, and delivering exceptional end-user support.ResponsibilitiesMigrate Windows devices from AD/Hybrid Join to Microsoft Entra ID Join.Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, app deployments, and configuration profiles.Support Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.Deploy, image, and migrate Windows 10/11 workstations, including user profiles, OneDrive, applications, and printers.Manage BYOD, MDM/MAM, and mobile devices (iOS and Android) through Intune.Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, BitLocker, and Windows Hello for Business.Provide white-glove support to end users, executives, and professional staff.Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
