Service Desk Specialist

Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Specialist to provide advanced technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for supporting Microsoft 365, macOS and Windows environments, mobile devices, and enterprise applications while delivering exceptional service to end users, including executive-level personnel.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions, resolving escalated service requests and incidents.Deliver high-touch, white-glove IT support for executives and VIP users, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer service.Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues across Windows and macOS environments.Administer user accounts, permissions, and access requests within Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and various SaaS platforms.Support and manage mobile devices, including device setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and MDM/JAMF administration.Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices to support end-user productivity.Utilize ServiceNow and other ITSM tools to document, track, and manage incidents, requests, and service delivery metrics.Assist with endpoint management, security initiatives, access controls, and MFA-related support activities.
