Resident Services Coordinator

Position OverviewOur client, a residential property management company, is seeking a personable, customer-focused Resident Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a residential community. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for residents, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating resident requests, and assisting with administrative and operational functions.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys building relationships with residents while creating a positive living experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced residential environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.Build positive relationships with residents and promote a welcoming, service-oriented community environment.Coordinate and track resident maintenance requests, communicating with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution.Assist with resident move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and other related administrative processes.Support leasing and property management teams with resident communications, documentation, and general administrative tasks.Maintain accurate resident records, files, and property management documentation.Assist with coordinating resident events, community activities, and other resident engagement initiatives.Address resident concerns and escalate complex issues to property management when appropriate.Assist with rent-related inquiries, payment follow-ups, and other account-related questions.Help ensure the community's common areas and amenities are maintained to a high standard.Provide general administrative and operational support to the property management team as needed.
